159psi to 174psi. That is the maximum pressure for the pumps, meaning the steering is turned to 'lock'. And the 15 psi difference during the slow speed turns should result in about 5 pounds of more effort.
Because of the weight and width of the tires, it will be harder to turn the steering wheel especially at very low speeds like parking.
The lower Bar value will work, but you will have to get used to the additional effort. "Tossing" the car around twisting roads will no longer be fun, but driving on normal roads will be just fine.
I would suggest you keep searching for a 12 Bar pump. If you don't find the 11 Bar pump unfriendly, the rack seals will probably last longer with the reduced pressure.
