They used to be extremely honest. "Rule308" was a top mechanic there and an advocate of the Brickboard.

You didn't mention what kind of car your son is looking for. Another wagon, sedan, AWD for skiing... Is the car parked on the street or in a lot. Full sun parking requires a light colored car.

Obviously, your son is not able to mechanic himself. So why pick on an 'old' Volvo that can cost a lot in maintenance?
