Alignment Problems 850 1997

I have a 97 T-5 and have constant alignment problems. This is the second set of tires and I have a problem with the rear tires getting cupped and the outside (but not the inside) of both front tire wearing excessively. I know two other 850 owners and they have the same problem. Any feedback?
