I had a problem similar to this one before. In my case, the intake hose that connect to the throttle body got loose (pop out of the throttle body). When you look at it, everything was looking right, but under boost the hose was moving back and let the pressure vent out. Maybe, it is too obvious, but have you check if all the hose are firmly in place.
