I took the car to Southern Electronics, http://www.southernelectronics.com
yesterday. In 20 minutes, it was good to go. It costs about $600 including cluster repair, Volvo dealer and gas. If I had let the dealer "fix" the cluster it would have cost about $1500. I highly recommend Southern Electronics in Richmond, VA
