annoying sound under middle dash cover 850

Thanks James and Klaus. After removing the dash cover and driving the car, I now suspect that it's the turbo. It sounds like a poor radio reception ( buzzing/ static) and it only comes when I drive 60 MPH and over.It also goes away when I decelerate or take my foot off the accelerator? If anyone has the same experience I'd like to know how you fix it.Thank you.
