Squeal at idle V70 V70-XC70

I am getting a squeal at idle.
Using a stethoscope it sounds as though the sound is coming from the area around the intake cam timing belt pulley.
The noise in definitely not coming from the idler pulleys, alternator (new) or the A/C clutch (new bearing).
Does any one have an idea or any experience with this?
A neighbor with a V70 is having the same problem.

2002 V70, non-turbo, 140,000 mi
