Looking for replacement options for the scan micro switches on my '04 V70 HU-613 PCB.

The radio has developed a life of its own and will intermittently randomly start scanning frequencies and presets. I pulled the radio and then the PCB. The spring in three of the four scan switches, specifically SWBD2, SWBD0, and SWC9 in the picture, have lost their "spring". My guess is that this is letting the switch intermittently close.

Obviously not a show stopper but frustrating. I'd like to either replace them (last option), the spring, or the PCB. Looking for insight from anyone else that may have been down this path before.
