Kosmas, my S70 horn is pretty loud, so something must be wrong with yours. Also, my motrcycle has a very loud horn. At least as loud as any car out there - it is a two note, two horn device that is of the same caliber as on any car I've seen. One needs a horn more on a motorcycle than on a car. Anyway, look at the horns units (name?) themselves. Sometimes they get rusty or bent. You can always replace the ailing one (you have two) or try to fix it.
