Yes, replace everything. As I said before the problem with 3" systems is the difference between volumetric VS mass flow rate. The O2 does not know the difference so it wants to run rich. 3" exhaust systems are actually counter productive in any car not producing a lot of HP. Think 320 and up. I have a 2.5 system and the only problem I have had is with the downpipe. Once I double bolted it everything has been fine. Also the front O2 has a tendency to need replaced at the same time as the cat.
