Ignition Rotor ISSUE S70 1998

Daughter had problems with car bought it 4 months ago no problem. I traced the problem to it needed a tune up. Removed cap and rotor.

Removed rotor and began to install. The top two screws in rotor no problem they tightened up. However the bottom one does not tighten seems to be stripped Tried backing it out to no avail.

Will it be ok if only two of the rotor screws are really tight
