I purchased a 98 V70 used and installed a third seat. I purchased the part at a Volvo garage sale at 60% off, paid about $700 Cdn (normal price $1200) and had it installed at a dealer. Cost for labout is listed at close to 3 hrs if not more, so multiply your local Volvo dealer shop rate per hour by 3 and you'll get the total cost. For me, by the end of the day, it costed me $1000+ Cdn. My little 5 year old boy sure appreciates it.
