I think that's pretty close to the price you'll pay from the dealership. As far as I can tell, the best (cheapest) place to buy one online is www.volvoworld.com. If my memory serves me right, it's about $160US including shipping. I've never purchased anything from them - I'm actually waiting for more information on the spoiler but he hasn't returned our messages (which is a bit of a concern as it's now been a few weeks).

Not quite sure how it installs (hopefully someone else can answer that) but you don't need to drill holes - I'm guessing that it attaches to the hinges on the rear gate.
