Fault codese S80 1999

Can any one interpret the following as to what the fault could be and possible correction

P0300 random multicyl.misfire detected
P0036. Heater control circuit bank 1 Sensor 2
P1171 rotor sensor???
P0171 fuel system too lean bank 1
P1181 fuel delivery system high

Plugs 1,2,3 carbon up frequently
Gas mileage 12 mpg
Uneven idle
