I have been using my Eclipse (brand) radar jammer for years. It has done me good at times but there is always John Q Law just 1500 feet above you in his Cessna 782 keeping a watchful eye. I have been fortunate enough to be at the right place at the right time when stumbling across many a speed trap of sorts. My advice is to not put too much faith in the countermeasures and stick with common sense. Stay out of the left lane except for when passing, do not tailgate, always stay behind another car when practical, don't make too many lane changes in a short period of time, be patient and use other ignorant drivers as your decoy and "snow plow". I have learned that watching the traffic 3+ cars ahead of you allows you ample time to react to almost any situation. The one absolute most important thing I have learned though is to be consistent and use driver's psychology to your advantage. Oh yeah, one more thing...a good cop will not give you a ticket if you are the fastest guy on the road, instead he will nab the fast, erratic, and unsafe nutcase doing all of the passing and weaving. IMHO, there is no technology that will prevent one from getting a speeding ticket if they are guilty and the cop is ambitious.
