The only thing I'm seeing that has a 1-4-1 is the pedal sensor on your brakes..

If you meant P0141, thats your rear O2 sensor.. either bad wiring, or blown heating circuit in the sensor (aka replace sensor)..

not really sure what you got going on, so please give more info.. This assumes its your '95 NA 850.
