About 5MPH Click or Locking Noise?????? S70 '99

Probably a stupid question but when I put the car in gear and it gets going about 5MPH, I notice a noise, not really a click, but it sounds to me as thought something is locking or engaging. Anyone else experience this? Wasssup?
