Wastegate actuator mod for 850 850 1995

I've read this in the forum before from Terence and Charles but I still have no idea how to shorten the wastegate actuator rod on my 850 Turbo. Someone mentioned that this mod would be posted on volvotuning.com soon but I have yet to see it. How do I gain access to this area of the engine? Is it from underneath the car? Once again, thanks to everyone for any input, it is always much appreciated.
