I'm actually thinking the check valve at the fuel pump. Turn your key to position II and listen for the pump prime. If you don't hear that, as the previous poster suggested, then it could well be the relay. If you do, press on the valve at the fuel rail and see if anything spurts out. If you've still got no pressure after the initial prime, odds are that's your problem.
If it does end up being the check valve, you can either: get a new fuel pump housing from a junkyard, OR splice in an in-line fuel check valve.
