Blower Fan Not Working C70 1998

There are three reasons why the fan doesn't work: blower motor died, resistor died, or the switch is inop.

There is plenty of info if you search blower. The resistor is the most common failure, it overheats when the fan motor gets old and slows down. Unfortunately, it is a $100 part.

You can bench test the blower by supplying 12V (high speed) or less.
