Thanks Klaus ... I should have thought about mic'ing the lip. Anyway, do you perhaps know the minimum thickness for the Brembo rotors? I am replacing the OEM pads, front & rear, at 40,000 miles. I am switching to Evolve's as the OEM life (and dust) is not impressive.
Fortunately my wrench goes to 150 ft lbs. With the wide variance in torgue settings (the 95 944 is 65 ft lbs) I can see why rotor warp seems to be frequently experienced.
