Throttle Position Sensor S80 1999

You need to check that message number again, I came up with:
P1132 Lack Of HO2S Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich
which is the oxygen sensor.

P1123 Throttle Position Sensor In Range But Higher Than Expected
is not what you want to see either.

You have the first generation Electronic Throttle Module (ETM) which is known to fail. The ETM was recalled, but only for 10 years from first day of delivery or 200K miles. Yours is probably 10 years old and no longer covered. A quick check with a local dealer will confirm this.
