Check Engine indicator does not go off after stalled engine S40-V40 2000

More people should have scanners, it saves a lot of headaches. Go ahead and clear the code and see if it comes back. The p0335 (Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction) might have been caused by a loose wire or connection that was pulled by the engine movement when you stalled.

Check your codes again in a couple of days even if the CEL does not light up. And I suggest checking for codes every time you change the oil. There are times when codes have to be stored multiple times before a CEL is turned on. This will give you a heads up for pending problems.
