I thought I was having a similar problem causing oil to leak from oil pan gasket. I went on a witch hunt for vacuum elbow clogs - some are not fun to get to, and hard to pull off from their lines to check - and found none clogged. This is what people here said to do, it makes sense, and it's what I'd recommend you do. (Turned out to be something unrelated to this topic: oil return line O ring :)
