I don't know what to tell you about the relay. I don't have any experience with the new P2 cars. I'm pretty certain there would be a relay to control the power to the pump but I can't tell you where to find it.

I'm not sure what you mean about a compression test working with 4 other plugs.
Do you have spark plugs other than the correct plugs for your engine - that could be a very bad idea as you might end up wrecking the threads in the head.

That said, during a compression test you just want the spark plugs to plug the spark plug hole up. as long as it's sealed it shouldn't matter what you have in there.
