How do i go faster 850 1995

Loose weight, both you (semi jokingly) and the car. Any extra weight in the car will slow you down and reduce your gas mpg.

For cheap, get a K&N filter. The quicker the air gets to combustion, the better the accel.

Anything you can do to reduce your backpressure will help also (a wider exhaust system will do this).
