How do i go faster 850 1995

Spend money, lots of it. First, you want to re-route the intercooler piping with a kit from Stylin' motors along with new vacuum lines. You will need a replacement ECU to get any real bhp gains, along with a larger diameter exhaust. IPD is expensive, but good.
Get 17 inch wheels so that you can install larger brakes - 302mm.

That ought to get you started.
