There is indeed a brake pedal pressure sensor mounted on the front of the vacuum booster. Easy to see, try unplugging it and cleaning the contacts. Inspect the wiring looking for chaffing. On my 850T, the sensor got soaked driving through puddles and it took almost a week to dry out, the ABS light stayed on for the duration.
The ABS module has poor solder connections which will crack due to the high heat in the engine compartment. Victor replaces the solder with a better kind that will not crack.
