Used a saber saw or a hacksaw to cut the plastic outer shell of the bushing from the inside and it slides right out. To press it in, used two pipe flanges and washers and a long bolt and nut. The flange is normally used to bolt the end of a pipe to a wall or floor and gives you clearance for the end of the bushing. Bolt must pass thru the center hole (bring the old one to the hardware), and several flat washers as reqd. It was not possible to get the new mount completely centered, but within 1/8 inch is close enough. Forget chisels and large hammers.
