Code 133 O2 sensor + an electrical problem S70 1998

Slow response to an O2 sensor is usually caused by a dirty O2 sensor, the dirt is caused by running rich, and that is caused by a leaky vacuum line.

The vacuum elbows don't last forever and need to be replaced after about 10 years. Unfortunately, neither do the O2 sensors.
