P0133 = O2 Sensor CKT Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Bank1, sensor 1, indicates the front O2 sensor. Yours is dirty and could be cleaned. Or you could fix the vacuum leak that is causing the problem in the first place.

The light problem is a short/ground problem. You will have to clean the bulb contacts and follow the wires.
