Checking fuel pressure 850

Well I've several old pencil type tire gauges. I took one, tried it on a tire, found it reasonably similar to my known good gauge, and then tried it on teh fuel rail: 32 PSI. I went to my Haynes and it says the regulated pressure should be 4.69 PSI? (not bar, it says PSI!) Well that's not right!

So what SHOULD my fuel pressure be?
