Timing belt trying to come off 850 1996

I had exactly the same thing happen on the last tensioner roller I bought from FCP Groton last year. It was an OEM INA Brand and, using the feeler gauge in my eye, I would estimate the shoulder was around 0.010 shorter. I did exactly the same thing as you and used the old shaft on the new roller. My belt is also tracking slightly to the outside and it tracks along the outside edge of the sprockets and rollers.

I dropped an email to Nick about it and I assumed that INA had been notified of the production problem. It is disturbing that the same problem exists a year later.
