I am one who never says die, but when you said the tranny fluid is black... parts car!
Aside from the cosmetics, all of those are "easy" fixes. Getting 2 new hoses for the intercooler requires almost no labor. The oil cooler lines are an easy fix. The cam seal is an easy DIY. But it needs to have the oil breather system replaced. The turbo oil return is about $10 in parts. Having a little oil in the intercooler will not hurt anything.

But black tranny fluid? That is a $2K fix, you will need an other tranny. And the car is worth less than $1K in it's current configuration. At best, if all were fixed, it would be a $2500 car.
