Removing Catalytic to replace - any help/"look-out for...' 850 1995

I am spending my long weekend removing and replacing my 13 year old catalytic converter and muffler. What am I in for? The four bolts that connect to manifold pipe - will those ever come off? I plan to use PB Blaster on them tonight. How usefull would an impact wrench be to remove those bolts? Are there any "look for..." advise? Thanks for your advise!
