P0037: Heated oxygen sensor, heater control circuit low(B1S2) S60 2002

I have owned an 02 S60 for about a year now. I'm used to working on the 89 740 that I had before, so I'm not so used to these new OBD systems. Given a P0037 error code, in what order should I check things to see if it's an O2 sensor and whether it is the front or back. What else could be wrong?

And leads on cheap Bosch sensors are greatly appreciated.
