as a further bit of information, when I pull up the lock button and hit "lock" on either the driver door or key fob, the button will go down..also, when I hit "unlock" on the key fob, I can hear/feel the motor doing something in the door, just not raising the button. I suppose I have to take the door apart anyways to troubleshoot/repair, ...when the motors fail, do they fail in only one, eithor/ or direction?
