Update: Just had the ABS computer control module replaced, $850 + labor, cha-ching! However, the car runs smooth now. Apparently in my situation, the ABS computer interaction effected other systems, such as the tranny, and even altered the engine firing. The car was mis-firing before the ABS computer was swapped out. Now it runs smooth.
