1997 850 Wagon Blower fan comes on all by itself 850

Hi-
My '79 850 Wgn interior blower fan comes on all by it's self- full blast! The engine is off, the keys are out. This usually happens on hot/humid days after driving for a while and the engine is hot.

I have no idea what is going on- but it is killing my battery.

Has anyone seen this before or know what up with this?
