Hi Rick,
The 03 doesn't have a message center? The gas cap, gross leak, will leave the CEL on for a few itterations, so if that is the problem it may clear itself tomorrow.
If your wife was standing on the gas pedal at the time, it could be a fouled plug - misfire.

I agree with the dealer, don't fret.

If you are coming to the USA, spend lots of money! We need those Loonies!!!
