My new addition & Window Trim 850 1995

I just won a '95 850 GLT Wagon on ebay. Pretty clean with 150K. Not many records though... Timing Belt done at 70k.. One body flaw is the window moulding; it looks like it starts at the windshield and goes all the way to the back of the car and the paint or what ever the moulding is wraped in is all chiping away. Does anyone have a suggestion to repair or replace?
