Rich running problem--how to fix 850 1996

My OBD code is reading that the engine is running rich. Emissions testing is coming up in GA, and I need to fix it. Any suggestions?

It also idles roughly, but accelerates smoothly.

1996 850 Turbo, 131,000 miles.
