Innova OBD2 Code Reader Question

I have an older Equus Innova 3100, and it works fine on my '99 S70. Although I don't recall whether all pins are present on my cable, I do recall that when I researched OBDII scan tools several years ago, I found that not all pins are utilized. I'm sure yours is fine -- just plug it in and try it out. Unscrew your gas cap for a day if you want to create a code to check it with.
