No, all 96 850's don't have them. It's located under the cowl in front of the front passanger if it has one. You remove several torx screws and you can lift the cover high enough to, look under. To install one you need the filter holder and the flter itself. FCPGroton has both. Run you ~$35. and take 20 mins to install. Well worth it
