Chain-store service question - NO, RUN!

Many of the chain outfits "reward" managers based on the number of add on items they can tack onto your service bill. In addition to the points of the other posters, don't be surprised when they call your attention to other items in need of "repair" at a "special deal" price. Find an honest indy and stick with him.
