Chain-store service question

I have a 97 850 non-turbo with 152K that I have been driving for four years. It needs a new serpentine belt since the last one was installed at 70K. A local national chain-store, Buffalo Tire and Auto, says they can replace and install the belt. Should I trust these guys with a Volvo? Also, the rotors on this car have never been replaced. I don't drive hard and neither did the previous owner. Should they be replaced now? If not, when? Do they have to be replaced by a Volvo specialist or can I replace them at a Meineke-type place? Finally, what is a good interval to change spark plugs?

Thanks to all.
