Key won't turn to start position C70 2001

It appears the current problem is the lock cylinder assembly.
Thanks for replying.
Also, I can't seem to find a repair manual for this car (200I C70) other than Chilton's Import Car Repair Manual 1998-2002. Have they really stopped publishing specific manuals ?
