Klaus, my hero!

For my 98 V70, I found in my "surplus bolt/nut pan" a bolt with threads that fit in the holes of the rotor. The bolt, when turned clockwise, seperated the rotor from the hub. I was skeptical at first, but the solution worked, and the bolt is no longer in the surplus pan.
