I've had sunroof + homelink not work after battery disconnect. I randomly found out using the remote and lock/unlock the car fixed it. This is very predictable and happens to me each time I have a battery disconnect event. It was explained to me that various electronics subsystems need to reinitialize in the proper sequence. My car is 01 V70 T5.
