24 nM also putting on tiny anti-seize on threads of plug 850 1995

Finger tight is fine- 14-18 pounds.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN- I use a socket and fingers to get around 16 foot pounds.

Aluminum heads require minimum torque - certainly not over 20 foot punds.
